If you manage an organization effectively, you can enjoy when changing the practice of a new type of leadership. You'll be less of a controller and a coordinator. If major organizational changes occur and you experience in your career, most of these will probably not be initiated by you. You may be able to anticipate change or see it coming, for example, the need for a new policy, a new technology or new system. However, most of the time, the change will be delivered to you as a fait accompli. In this case, a typical reaction, regardless of the level, is an attitude of helplessness. Issues that typically arise during this period are, "Has anyone considered us", or "What can I do? "This can lead to inactivity and frustration and workers spend their time lamenting the change, the dream of former time or to criticize the arrest of senior management. As a manager, your job as a change agent is to direct energy away from feeling powerlessness and security from the past to see the possibilities of the future. And you can do so by calling attention to how your team can make a difference.

Here's how to begin:
Consider recent developments has been announced in your organization.

On a worksheet to write what aspects of change are fundamental in the space below. Note that these are generally beyond your control. They could include aspects of business, personnel, budget or any other factor.

In the second column write these aspects of change that you and your team can control the space provided. This is where you need to think very hard. Some things seem to be fundamental but may in fact be partially under your control.

In the third column, write down what aspects of change that you and your team can influence. Remember, you can always connect to negotiate with other groups in your organization, your staff can initiate communication and discussion with other groups.

So what are the aspects of change do you need to talk? What need of greater clarification and what you need more information? How can you achieve?
